What items can I return?

• You can return any item that is unused, still in original packaging/condition and free of hair/odor.

When can I request a return?

• Anytime! Returns requested within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original payment card. Requests after this period will be refunded using store credit. Store credits never expire and are good for any item on the web site.

How can I ship the items back to you?

• We will provide you with a pre-paid postage label that you can print and place on your package. Depending on the carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex), you can drop off to a location of your choice or we can arrange a pickup for you. Pre-paid postage service is free of charge if the item is defective or shipped wrong, otherwise it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Can I do an exchange?

• Of course! We will calculate the price difference between original item and the exchange item and either refund your purchase or make an additional charge depending on whichever is more expensive. Shipping will be free of charge for the exchange products.
